Payment and Pricing Policy

All prices, charges, refunds, and credits are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment methods

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Generator Junction does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, order, or transaction.

Authorization and order review

Submitting payment does not guarantee order acceptance or product availability. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity or address verification, fraud screening, supplier availability confirmation, and other reasonable review.

Pricing and errors

Prices, promotions, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may correct typographical, technical, supplier, or pricing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer with available options before proceeding where required.

Taxes and shipping charges

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout when available. Additional freight or address-related charges may arise only where disclosed and permitted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD unless otherwise required by law. Refund approval and timing are governed by the Refund and Return Policy. Bank, card network, and payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund is submitted.

Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Generator Junction does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
